As Director of Operations for Ginger & Nash, she brings extensive experience in enterprise software implementations, data integration, and process design from her years at Oracle and SaaS healthtech provider NaviMedix. Throughout her career, she’s led multinational projects, improved cross-functional workflows, and delivered scalable solutions in industries where precision, efficiency, and trust are essential.
Cindy is dedicated to overseeing the processes and infrastructure necessary to deliver an exceptional experience of compassionate, highly personalized care for the pets, pet parents, and the veterinary teams of Ginger & Nash. She draws on her expertise in organizational leadership and project execution to ensure teams can focus on what matters most: the wellbeing of animals and the people who care for them. A lifelong animal lover, she has shared her life with dogs, cats, and a variety of other companions, giving her firsthand insight into the joy and responsibility of caring for them.
Based in Denver, Colorado, Cindy enjoys life with her husband, Lee, and stays closely connected with her three children. She also loves indoor and outdoor gardening, designing and maintaining her home aquarium, and spending time with her soft-coated wheaten terrier, Kahlua.
