Dr. Crista Wallis brings more than two decades of veterinary leadership and innovation to her role as Chief Veterinary Officer for Ginger & Nash. A graduate of Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, she co-founded Monticello Animal Hospital in Shawnee, Kansas since 2002, where she continues to practice small and exotic animal medicine.
An early adopter of virtual care, Dr. Wallis has integrated connected care solutions into her practice to strengthen client communication, improve access to veterinary expertise, and support a healthier work-life balance for veterinary teams. She also shares her knowledge through conference presentations, published articles, and industry collaborations that advance the profession’s approach to modern veterinary care.
Her blend of clinical expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and vision for the future of veterinary medicine makes her an invaluable leader in guiding Ginger & Nash’s veterinary standards and approach to care.
