She has held leadership roles at Western Union, ClearChoice, and Korn Ferry, and has supported iconic brands such as Nike and Tesla through large-scale workforce development and organizational transformation initiatives. What truly sets Kara apart is her ability to connect with people—understanding what drives them, what they need, and how to turn that insight into meaningful, sustainable action.
As co-founder of Ginger & Nash, Kara brings her deep expertise to the veterinary and pet wellness space. She understands that trust, care, and connection are essential—not only between veterinary professionals and pet parents, but also within the teams delivering that care. Kara is building the systems and structures that support veterinary professionals behind the scenes, enabling them to provide consistent, compassionate, and high-quality care. Her people-first approach aligns naturally with an industry rooted in empathy, communication, and commitment.
Kara lives in Colorado with her husband, Dallas, their two children, and their border collie, Biscuit—who reminds her daily why this work matters.
